Flexible Hose Connections (Non-Reinforced)

Type AC1 Air Connections are flexible rubber tubes (non-reinforced) that can be supplied with either a 1/8" -27 male NPT air connector or standard tire valve core connector. The length of the hose is dependent upon the application and it can be attached to the base, the side, or the end.

Flexible Hose Connections (Reinforced)

Type AC2 and AC3 connectors are comprised of a reinforced hose that is attached to the inflatable bladder through a crimped ferrule or 1/8"-27 female connector. The length of the hose is dependent upon the application and it can be attached to the base or the end. These reinforced hose connectors can be supplied with either a male 1/8"-27 NPT connector or standard tire valve connector.

Threaded Connectors with Nut and Washer

Type AC4&5 connectors are threaded connectors that are attached directly to the bladder. These connectors can only be supplied out the base. AC4A connectors are male 1/8"-27 NPT connectors attached with a nut and washer. AC5 connectors are .302-32 thread standard tire valve connectors.

End Connections (Non-Reinforced and Reinforced)

Types AC1, AC2, and AC4 connections can be located in the ends of certain profiles as illustrated.
