Pneuma-Cel - plug and play pneumatic bladders

To simplify the design and fabrication of devices using pneumatic actuators and pneumatic clamps, we've created a standard line of inflatable bladders that are readily available off the web with turnaround times in as little as three days. Available in 6", 9", 12" lengths either with or without its own aluminum retainer, Pneuma-Cel allows you to vary the amount of force generated and conforms to uneven surfaces yet still maintains a consistent force. Pneuma-Cel is especially helpful when you are trying to design a clamping fixture using multiple air cylinders in a small design envelope.

Custom Extruded Rubber and Plastic Products

For 60 years, Pawling has provided custom extruded products for a multitude of different applications. From white TPV screen gaskets and flexible PVC mat nosing to highly engineered EPDM roof window gaskets and Nitrile dual extrusion gas delivery tubing, our technical staff has the experience to help you with your specific application.

Molded Rubber Parts & Special Fabrications

In concert with our extrusion capabilities, Pawling also has expertise in manufacturing highly customized, highly engineered molded rubber parts and special rubber fabrications. We have experience in fabric reinforcement, rubber-to metal bonding, and molding long lengths of material to extremely tight tolerances. Examples include, low durometer, low compression set nuclear power plant seals; large fabric reinforced pipe expansion joints; and multi-laminate aircraft seals.

Using our highly technical capabilities to fill a specific need, Pawling has introduced a line of high impact, high value marine and dock fenders. Both styles incorporate a radiused base design to ease installation, are manufactured using UV stabilized, non-marring materials, and can be mounted securely using our patented cleated washers.
